Wills, Trusts and Estates
We assist clients with wills, trusts and estate planning, as well as with estate and trust administration, and probate litigation matters.
Special Needs and Incapacity Planning
Family members with special needs or disabilities require specialized planning, to assist them in living to their maximum potential and coordinating public benefits with private resources to fund appropriate care and supports. We assist families in understanding available programs and their requirements, and in structuring their estate plans to provide for the long-term well-being of their loved one.
Whether clients need home care assistance, assisted living services or skilled nursing facility care, we work with them and their families in planning and applying for assistance with long-term care costs through the Medicaid/Title XIX program and other public and private programs. We also help clients and families with a wide range of aging issues, including planning for incapacity, living wills and advance directives, powers of attorney, living trusts and conservatorship proceedings.
